HUTECH is a modern University with an infrastructure and facilities to assure that learners and students will achieve the best academic performance. At present, HUTECH has more than 60 experimental centers, workshops, and simulation rooms to meet the needs of teaching, and research for students and faculty. The computer central system has over 1500 computers connecting with ADSL. The University has 150 classrooms equipped with computers and projectors of international standards.

The University Central Library has over 300 seats and computers for free Internet access by students, more than 30,000 book titles, 130 newspapers and magazines of many varieties, and a system of electronic courseware connecting data with many publishing houses and  other local and international training institutions.
