“Around the World” with Student activities “International Day”

As a special present for the new academic year, on the Morning of October 15th 2016, HUTECH Institute of International Education has well organized the “International Day” event with a diversified activities included cultures demonstration and arts. It creates an very exciting, jubilant and newfangled atmosphere around the campus.

The lively atmosphere at the event
The event is attracted by hundreds of HUTECH students, especially, with highly enthusiastic participation of freshmen from the Bachelor of Business Administration program of Lincoln University, Open University Malaysia, the Bachelor of Restaurant Management and culinary arts of Cergy Pontoise University, the International program and Foreign Language School.
The diversity of different culture of many countries around the World
With the main theme “International Day”, the event has 18 stalls that reflected lively the culture of many countries as United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Japan, Malaysia, Holland, Italy, Denmark, Mexico, India, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. All of students and guests are satisfied and be surprised by the decorations, cultural demonstration, food and beverage signatures as well as the handmade souvenirs from those countries.

What an interesting and exciting experience when you and your friends could contemplate the birches around the Canada stall, the traditional clothes of Indian, Korean, Japanese girls and the familiar scene from our country – Vietnam.
For those who are food lovers, you could taste the traditional Italian pasta, the Crepe – signature for French cuisine, the famous Smorrebrod cookies from Denmark, popular Macaroie from Canada. The “it la gai” cake from Vietnam or the Red milk tea from Golden Pagoda countries.
Please come to the Malaysia stall to get the hand fans or clothes with the Bantik style as well as the envelope and traditional hand writing style by Japanese.
During the event, we also have the “Make-up Japanese style” stall from the TOKYO BAUTY ART center – branding from Sanko Gakuen – one of he most famous in the esthetic education from the Sakura flower country. Students who want to know how to make up could be helped and be made up for free by the leading specialists from the center.
“International Day” – the heart to connect HUTECH Student Community
The special thing to make the heart of this year event is not only the solidarity spirit from colleagues and all students of HUTECH Institute of International Education but also the connection of whole HUTECH as Bio Technology and Environment School (Italy stall), Foreign Language (Mexico stall), Business Administration School (Thailand stall), Electronic and Electrical Engineering and Tourism –Restaurant – Hotel Management School (Philippines).

During the event, there are lots of lively music performances to make unforgettable memories for all students. The Final round for the “Emcee 2016” contest also be conducted with 5 talented candidates to satisfied the “HUTECH travellers” in the journey to different countries in the “International Day”.
From the morning to late afternoon, for all HUTECH students, let come and join to the event at our campus.
