In the morning of March 29th, 2014, more than 7,000 students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology have gathered and participated in numbers of activities in the traditional school camp “HUTECH Fire 2014” in Suoi Tien Amusement Park.

The HUTECH traditional camp officially initiated at 08:00 am on March 29th. The final round of the contest “Secretary of HoChiMinh Communist Youth Union of HUTECH” also took place simultaneously with camping activities. Huynh My Linh has successfully beatened other competitors such as Lam Kim Khanh (13DTA13), Nguyen Thi Hong Phu (13DTC10) and Nguyen Thuy Doan (12DTA02) to honor the first place in the competition.

22 new members also proudly enrolled in the Communist Party of Vietnam in joy and cheerfulness on the same day. In addition, the 83rd HoChiMinh Communist Youth Union Ceremony was merrily celebrated along with a number of shows and performances at the Den Hung stage. The colorful night was also the place to honor excellent secretaries of HoChiMinh Communist Youth Union of HUTECH as well as best drawers in the drawing contest “A Green Planet”. HUTECH students also have an opportunity to communicate with current young idols such as Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh, Huong Tram and Noo Phuoc Thinh.

The ceremony also conveyed many activities such as Calligraphy, Handmade, Portrait Drawing, Showmanship, Flashmod, DJ, etc.
