In the morning of November 21, 2015, Mr. Kevin Yuan - Chief Financial Officer and Marketing from the International Center for English Academic Preparation (ICEAP) had a meeting with Dr. Nguyen The Khai - Director of Institute for International Education belonging to HCMC University of Technology (HUTECH) on its main campus.
Mr. Kevin Yuan - Chief Financial Officer and Marketing from the International Center for English Academic Preparation (ICEAP) highly appraises HUTECH and wishes the collaboration between two sides will be successful.
At the meeting, the two sides discussed the implementation of the students transfer program from universities, colleges of various major in HUTECH to study at one of nine leading universities and colleges in Canada including: New Brunswick University, Prince Edward Island University, Bishop's University, Cape Breton University, Acadia University, NSCAD University, Mount Saint Vincent University, Fanshawe College, Centennial College.

Reportedly, ICEAP - now the official representative of these 9 Canadian universities and colleges -would directly enroll students to the program. Specifically, HUTECH students with aspirations of transitioning to study at 1 of the 9 listed schools in Canada will have to undergo English proficiency test and English language training to meet standards required by the school representatives before entering the major’s curriculum courses. Notably, the module students have completed at HUTECH will be considered equivalent in conversion while studying in Canada. The ologies that the two sides will cooperatively focus on implementing this session include: Business Administration, Restaurant Management - Hotels, Finance - Banking, and Information Technology.

Ending the meeting, HUTECH officially became the first representative of ICEAP in Vietnam, performing student enrollment in and outside of its premises to study at one of nine leading universities and colleges of Canada's listed above.
