On July 30th, students of Business Administration under the HUTECH Institute of International Education had a field trip to Au Chau Fashion & Cosmetics LTD. (ACFC).

Accompanying the students on this trip were Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao - Vice Director of the Institute of International Education, Mr. Ho Duc Sinh - Director of the Center for Corporate Relations.
Representatives of ACFC were Mr. Hoang Van Minh - CHRO, Ms. Nguyen Thu Tinh - Talent Acquisition Manager, Ms. Pham Doan Lien - Logistics Manager, Ms. Ta Thi Bach Nhat - Talent Acquisition Team Leader (Mass), Ms. Rang Dong - Talent Acquisition Team Leader (Back office).

During the trip, Ms. Ta Thi Bach Nhat gave an overview of ACFC.

Next, Ms. Pham Doan Lien shared about the import process at ACFC. Specifically, Ms. Pham said that because of foreign goods import, the processes are more special and must also depend on the brand regulations. Each stage requires meticulousness and high accuracy.

To achieve success in the field of import-export, Ms. Pham Doan Lien encouraged students to equip themselves with in-depth knowledge such as international payment, foreign trade operations, foreign trade contracts, and insurance. Additionally, studying regulations related to import - export is also a vital factor.

During the trip, students have observed the working environment at ACFC. Therefore, students understand more about the actual environment as well as the career workload, thereby orientating for their future path.
