The Institute of Postgraduate Studies is the academic office responsible for the admission, progression and examination of all postgraduate students in the University.

Our mission is to provide holistic quality education and research support.
Master programs are offered to post-graduates who want to enhance their knowledge and competitiveness of a particular subject. The Institute encourages both students and faculty members in disciplinary research, teaching and service activities that adhere to HUTECH University mission and vision. In addition, our curricula are revised on a regular basis to incorporate recent developments in different fields of study, and to reflect the ever-changing needs of our students and society.
FUNCTIONS
The functions of the Institute of Postgraduate Studies are to:
- Advise, gather information, and propose ideas to help the President in the role of managing and making plan to execute the tasks.
- Build strategies for Postgraduate Studies admission
- Manage the registration, progression, and examination of postgraduate students.
- Propose for new postgraduate degrees and diplomas, and changes to existing degree and diploma courses and regulations.
- Coordinate matters pertaining to the welfare of postgraduate students and ensure that a conducive environment exists for the conduct of their studies.
- Cooperate with faculties/Institutes to execute other tasks such as proposals for paying salary to lecturers.
