UCP – HUTECH student receives MA scholarship in Switzerland

Choosing to follow the Bachelor in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts cooperative program between Cergy – Pontoise University (UCP) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), Nguyen Ha Bich Nhan always believed that it was the right path for her passion. Indeed, that path has led her closer to her dreams, with an MBA scholarship in Switzerland – “The birthplace of Service Management”.

Choosing the right path to her dreams
Finishing her third year at HUTECH, Bich Nhan decided to join the UCP-HUTECH program to further advance her expertise.
“With UCP’s reputation in the field of Restaurant & Hotel management, the UCP-HUTECH program was a fantastic choice for me to prepare for my career. From the program, I realized that I gained a lot of practical experiences thanks to the practice-oriented way of learning, which is very important in this major.” - Bich Nhan shared.
The pressure from the amount of knowledge in the program was one of the largest difficulties faced by students of the program. However, with the support of her lecturers and her own strong will, the young student graduated the program with flying colors.

After graduating from the UCP-HUTECH Bachelor program, Bich Nhan started looking for chances to “upgrade” herself in more open environments. Receiving advice and reference from a trusted lecturer at HUTECH, she aimed for Europe, a land with developed service industry.

With a cuisine culture spanning all across its history, Vietnam has a reason to be proud, even compared with much larger countries in the world. That is the reason why I always wanted to contribute to the development of my country’s Tourism & Hospitality”.
