HUTECH Faculty of Communication & Design and Sony Electronics Vietnam Corp. sign MOU

On November 20th, Faculty of Communication and Design at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and Sony Vietnam Corp. have signed a MOU- Memorandum of Understanding, marking an important cooperation between the two institutions.

 

At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam, Vice President of HUTECH and Ms. Dang Thi Mai Phuong, Vice Dean of Faculty of Communication and Design had the discussion with Mr. Miyazaki Junichi- Director of Professional Solutions Department and Mr. Tran Quang Khai- Southern Business Manager.

Mr. Miyazaki Junichi introduced Sony Electronics Vietnam in general, gave information about specialized products of Sony. He also expressed his hope to develop collaboration with HUTECH Faculty of Communication and Design.

Dr. Bui Xuan Lam and Mr. Miyazaki Junichi signed the MOU. Accordingly, Sony Electronics Vietnam would be an entirely exclusive sponsor to support, consult and provide specialized equipment for the studio of the faculty. Consequently, students would have more chances to practice and  experience with modern equipment provided by Sony Electronics Vietnam.

At the event, several cameras recorders and specialized equipment were exhibited for students to experience, and students could record stunning short videos.

Sony Electronics Vietnam also held a workshop named “Imagine Station” to support students distinguishing common devices, enhance skills and share realistic experiences.
