Dr. Vincent Marcilhac, an expert from University of Cergy-Pontoise (UCP) sharing about French Cuisin

From December 5th to 12th, 2018, Vietnam - France Festival was taken place at the Institute of Cultural Exchange with France (IDECAF) and the Institute of France (IF) in Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate 45 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries with many activities such as French movies, food and beverage, and music programs.

Notably, an activity named “French Cuisine" was shared with Ho Chi Minh City audiences by Dr. Vincent Marcilhac, Deputy Director of the Gastronomic Center of the UCP (Pôle de Gastronomie de l’UCP)", lecturer of the Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts Program – a cooperative program between HUTECH and UCP.

Mr. Vincent Marcilhac is Deputy Director of the Gastronomic center of the UCP, lecturer of Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in a cooperative program between HUTECH and UCP.

Dr. Vincent Marcilhac graduated from the University of Paris-Sorbonne (France). He has owned many awards about French Cuisine such as the prize from Association for the Research about Agricultural Economics and Apicius Literature prize for "Culture and culinary literature". He was also an author of numerous research articles in the culinary geography.
