On August 19th, 2019, a group of students from Fukui University of Technology – FUT (Japan) paid a visit and had a culture exchange meeting with students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) at HUTECH’s main campus.

At the meeting, students of the two universities enthusiastically introduced and shared the beauty of their traditional culture, for example, costume, cuisine, souvenirs symbolizing the images of Vietnam and Japan. Besides, FUT students also visited the infrastructure and learning environment, including spacious and modern labs such as automotive workshops, laboratory automation systems, and many more at HUTECH.

Within the framework of the exchange program, leaders of the two universities also discussed specific problems and proposed exchanging lecturers and students to promote a cooperative relationship between HUTECH and FUT based on the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2014.
