Korean cultural exchange at HUTECH

On September 4th, 2019, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a cultural exchange meeting to bring Korean culture experience to new students of cohort 2019.

The meeting was one in a series of Korea’s cultural exchange events this year supported by King Sejong, a Korean Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the beginning of the school year, the event was an important opportunity for HUTECH students in general and students in the major of Oriental Studies in particular to meet each other and become familiar with a new learning environment. Moreover, the event was also a place for those students who are interested in Korean culture to exchange and know more unique features about this country. Especially, students were able to experience wearing Hanbok, the traditional attire of the Korean people.
