Many activities await HUTECH students in the Class Meeting Activities of 2nd semester academy year 2019 - 2020

From May 18, 2020, students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) will participate in diverse and interesting activities in Class Meeting Activities of 2nd semester academy year 2019 - 2020.

With the goals of improving student care, listening to and answering questions about studying and activities at HUTECH, as well as creating environment for uniting of classes, HUTECH has implemented Class Meeting Activities each semester for many years now. Accordingly, Class Meeting Activities have brought practical benefits in connecting individuals in the class, implementing learning activities and training skills for students.
 

In the 2nd semester of this academic year 2019-2020, Class Meeting Activities will take place from May 18 to August 9, 2020, divided by classes, academic year, and updated in the personal schedule of the students.
 
The Class Meetings will be accompanied by representatives of the Departments/Institutions in charge, and other units of the University in order to share with the students about important notices of this semester. Specifically, representatives of the Departments/Institutes will guide a number of effective methods of university study, extra-curricular activities assessment, students’ scientific research, scholarship information, training programs, orientation in choosing majors. At the same time, they will also help the students in identifying learning goals, developing plans for studying and practicing in the coming semester 1 as well as the whole academic year 2020-2021.

In addition to the aforementioned contents, this is also an opportunity for class members to connect, exchange learning experiences, build colorful student memories for each individual. In addition, representatives of the Youth Union - Student Union will also give instructions and answer questions on the registration of the movements of “Student of 5 merits”, “Exemplary Class” and the topic "Proud 25 years old HUTECH Youth".

Class meeting activities not only bring interesting information and activities to HUTECH students, but also serve to show solidarity for the classes at the University. This will be an opportunity for students to mark unforgetable memories with friends to their brilliant student years.
