HUTECH Students “decode” R&D Process in 4.0 Food Businesses

In the morning of June 6, 2020, the Institute of Applied Science of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a seminar "R&D work in Food Factory" with plenty of interesting knowledge and career information.
The seminar took place at HUTECH Manpower Training Center (Saigon High-Tech Park, District 9) with the participation of Senior Lecturer Dr. Nguyen Le Ha - Director of HUTECH Institute of Applied Science. Leading the students at Seminar was Mr. Duong Duy Minh - Head of Lab & Application Development Department at Rudolf Lietz Inc - with over 30 years of experience in the field of R&D at large food corporations and businesses in Vietnam.

During the course of the Seminar, Mr. Duong Duy Minh shared with HUTECH students the information, knowledge and especially essentials to undertake R&D positions at Food Factories and Companies. This is an important process for quality food products to reach consumers and customers in Vietnam and internationally, while affirming the core values of the business and contributing to the development of the country's food industry.

With over 30 years of experience working at Nestlé, Ajinomoto, Vifon, Nam Duong, Wilmar and now Rudolf Lietz Inc. - Big food corporations - Mr. Duong Duy Minh also shared working processes, stages as well as secrets to capture the tastes and trends of the market, bringing products trusted by a large number of customers and families in Vietnam.
The seminar brought useful references and valuable information for students who are interested and passionate in pursuing R&D positions in Food businesses.
The sincere stories and sharing from Mr. Duong Duy Minh brought valuable experience and information for HUTECH students to learn and develop themselves. At the same time, the seminar "R&D work in Food Factory" also provided useful references for students who are interested and passionate in pursuing the R&D position, a job position that is very popular in the Food Industry.
