PIXEL Restaurant Opening Ceremony

On 14th February, 2017, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HUTECH) officially inaugurated Pixel Restaurant. The restaurant was constructed as 100% French standard for students studying Bachelor of Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts that is the collaboration program between HUTECH University and Cergy – Pontoise University.

The ceremony had the presence of Mr. Felipe Diaz Marin – Program Manager, Mr. David Alvarez – Pixel Chef Executive, Mr. Huynh Anh Truc – Director of Central Palace Hotel, Mr. Tran Quoc Thanh – Vice President of Vietnam Wine Association and Ms. Le Nguyen Ngoc Thanh – Director of Green Sunrise Hospitality Company.

Modern system of Pixel Restaurant
Pixel Restaurant has one of the best qualified practical kitchens among all universities in Vietnam including Demo Kitchen, Production Kitchen and Pixel Restaurant. After the theoretical session at Demo Kitchen, students carry out the whole process of cooking at Production Kitchen. The kitchen has pastry kitchen and hot kitchen where students can perform diversified menus with Asian or European style.
Pixel Restaurant would be the best learning place for Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts students
