The conference recieved the participation of Dr. Kieu Tuan - Chairman of HUTECH Board of Trustee, Prof. Dr. Ho Dac Loc - President of HUTECH, Senior Lecturer Nguyen Quoc Bao - member of HUTECH Board of Trustee, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Liem - member of HUTECH Board of Trustee, as well as other members of HUTECH Board of Rectors and leaders of Departments, Faculties, Institutes of HUTECH.

The presentation of Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh was wrapped around 2 main topics: Quality Assurance situations in the ASEAN area and in Vietnam (ASEAN Quality Assurance Framework, AUN-QA and other sets of Standards, and the implementation of quality assurance and accreditation in Vietnam); and some experiences of VNU-HCM in the implementation of quality assurance.
Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh stressed: “Quality assurance is a duty, a requirement for every education facility.”
The presentation was followed by an exchange session, With many ideas being shared and some lively Q&A between the speaker and HUTECH lecturers and staffs.

Closing the conference, on behalf of HUTECH, Dr. Luu Thanh Tam, Vice president, expressed sincere gratitude to Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh for bringing HUTECH precious new knowledge and experiences which HUTECH can apply to better the implementation of quality assurance and accreditation on campus.
