HUTECH signs Memorandums of Understanding with Wonkang University and Hannam University (Korea)

On October 26th, the Wonkang University representative group led by Mr. Kim Do Jong - Principal of Wonkang University, had a meeting at HUTECH with Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang Viet - Vice-president of HUTECH. The two universities have agreed to establish cooperative training and student exchange programs in the major of Korean Studies and some other majors in the field of Social Sciences and Humanity.

Within the terms of the MOU, Wonkang University plans to carry out students exchange and provide scholarships for HUTECH students studying in Master and Doctorate programs in Korea, and establish a Korean Studies Center at HUTECH. On the Vietnamese side, HUTECH commits on admitting and creating the best environment for Wonkang University students studying in Vietnam, and at the same time be the connecting bridge between Wonkang University and businesses who are partners of HUTECH.

On October 27th, HUTECH continues to meet and sign Memorandum of Understanding with Hannam University. Representatives of the two universities, led by Ms. Sunyoung Kwon - Head of Hannam University International Relations Department and Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang Viet - Vice-president of HUTECH, have discussed details in students exchange, Korean courses and Korean Studies Post-graduate programs. The first exchange semester program will start in the next school year’s.

The MOUs with Wonkang University and Hannam University will provide more studying and research opportunities for Korean Studies students of HUTECH, as well as other Post-graduates students in this major.
