In Job Placement Conference 2018, Japan Businesses highly evaluated HUTECH students

This annual event was held by Viet Nam - Japan Institue of Technology( VJIT) HUTECH and Kanazawa University of Technology(K.I.T) - main training partner of HUTECH. This morning, over 50 businesses and HUTECH students exchanged job opportunities; specially, about to graduate bachelor of arts, engineers who are studying university program standardized by Japan at HUTECH.

Accordingly, leading Businesses such as: NEC Corporation Vietnam co., LTD., Tokio Marine Insurance Bao Viet LTD., NC Network Vietnam, Mitsuba Vietnam Co., Ltd, Fujitsu Vietnam Japan Best Foods Co., Ltd., Saigon Precision, Daim Viet Nam, Asti Electronics Corporation, Vietnam Sorimachi, Nata Vietnam Technology, Metran Vitec, Nidec Servo Vietnam Corporation,... and many open jobs for students.

Highly appreciate student’s ability in speaking Japanese in recruitment interviews, Mr. Ikeda Shingo, representative of the Chief of the Economic Cooperation Committee of the ASEAN-Japan industry (AMEICC) stated in the opening section: "With the needs of human resource development to meet the needs of working in Japan Business, students at program the HUTECH VJIT are potential engineers, bachelors to meet the needs job requirement and language skills. Particularly, Businesses are ready to provide internship semester for the students to work at their companies."

With training model applied to the norm of the Kanazawa University (K.I. T) and the top universities in Japan, this is the first year the Institute VJIT completed the program of training (2015-2019) with the first graduation in the professional major such as automotive engineering technology, control engineering and automation, information technology, food technology, business administration, management & Tourism travel services, accountancy, banking and finance, ... with strong capacity and proficiency in Japanese.

At the envent, junior and senior students were recruited directly to internship placements, jobs in Japan businesses which are operating in the country and abroad with diverse industry sectors and attractive job positions such as information technology, mechanical engineering, automation technology, food, travel, business administration, accounting, finance, ...Not only this occasion show us the need of recruiting of Japan businesses directly; students demonstrate expert knowledge in Japanese, but also event is an opportunity for students to seek for suitable job positions.

Within the framework of the program, "Japanese Contest" was taking place with the ability to speak excellent Japanese of VJIT students

Bringing up professional knowledge, skills and ability in Japanese well to "trading floor" job, students in university programs of Japanese standards of HUTECH had initially confirmed themself before the recruiters and ready in challenging environment Japanese business that requires the highest professionalism in the coming time.
 
In parallel with show activities, introduction to businesses, the event is also a chance to exchange culture lively, work environment of each Business; besides the professional requirements  and Japanese skills. Therefore, with standard training model in Japan along with the ability to acknowledge Japanese, HUTECH students have become "target point" to businesses which demand high-quality laborers. 
 
“Japanese Contest” was taken place with direct evaluation of representative organizations attended the program with the multi-dimensional performance reflecting the perspective of young people before many social problems and demonstrating the capacity of Japanese skills.
