In the morning of November 25, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and University of Cergy – Pontoise - France (UCP) solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the Cooperative Bachelor program in Restaurant management & Culinary arts between the two universities, for Cohort 2019 – 2020.

Participating the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Xuan Lam – vice president of HUTECH; Dr. Pham Thi Hai Quynh – director of HUTECH Institute of International Education, Mr. Tang Thong Nhan – vice-dean of HUTECH’s Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management; Mr. Felipe Diaz Marin – representative of UCP; and students of the program.
