Job Description

We are a growing web hosting company looking for an individual to join our team in a level 1 tech support role. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, and be customer-service oriented. This is an entry level position so no prior web hosting experience is required.

As a member of our support staff you will be the first point of contact for our customers either via incoming phone call, live chat, or email. You will use your knowledge to quickly and accurately find solutions for our customer's technical issues.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering calls, live chats, and emails from customers around the world
- Being able to quickly and correctly identify and resolve web hosting, website, and domain issues

- Up-selling products to current and prospective customers

Desired skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to speak and write in a professional manner.

- Self-motivated

- Problem solver

- Ability to multitask

- Understand tenets of customer service

- Desire to learn and apply new skills

- Ability to type 40+ wpm

- Computer skills / familiarity with tech or web hosting is a plus
