Requirements:
Frontend:

Having knowledge in JS framework: jQuery, Reactjs, Vuejs is an advantage

Having knowledge in Docker, docker-compose is an advantage

Having knowledge in drag&drop components, rich text editor, markdown is an advantage
Backend:

Good understanding of ORM, CRUD approach

Good understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL

Having knowledge of SOLID principle is an advantage
