Sharing the spirit of the Spring Volunteer Campaign at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), from January 21-25, students of the Faculty of Finance and Commerce brought the joy of the new season to the local communities in Binh Thanh District (Ho Chi Minh city) with many meaningful activities.

On January 21, students of the Faculty of Finance and Commerce held a contest to make Tet cakes (cylindric glutinous rice cake filled with mung bean paste and fatty pork) and wrap spring gifts to give to heroic Vietnamese mothers and low-income households under preferential treatment policy and many disadvantaged families in Binh Thanh District at part of the HUTECH Spring Festival 2021.

Student volunteers of the Faculty of Finance and Commerce hosted the program "Sharing Spring" for children at Binh Quoi Tay Primary School (Ward 28, Binh Thanh District) on January 25. The volunteers brought many gifts and folk games stalls creating a fun spring playground for all the children.

The handmade spring gifts and the tet cakes from the voluntary students of the Faculty of Finance and Commerce have continued to enhance the journey of bringing the joy of spring to households in Binh Thanh District. It will be a beautiful memory for families, children, and HUTECH students this spring.
