The Office of Facilities Management wins the 2013 HUTECH Labor Union Football Championship

Over nearly two weeks of competition, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) Trade Union Football Championship which was organized in celebration of the Spring 2014 season concluded with great success. The competition has brought much excitement to the audiences through the display of sportsmanship and the competitive spirit of all the teams in such dramatic matches.
Overcoming several tough competitors, the Office of Facilities Management surprised everyone by defeating the former 2012 season champion, Office of Admissions Consultancy and Communication, with a tight score of 6 - 4. In the third-place match, the Union of Faculties team also won against the Faculty of Mechanical - Electrical - Electronics Engineering with a score of 8 - 4.

With the thoughtful consideration paid to the faculty and staff over the years, the university’s senior management continues to ensure the delivery of an optimal working environment while providing conditions that best support the employee’s well-being and spirits through a wide range of annual activities such as Faculty and Staff Sports Fest, Singing from the Lecture Hall contest, etc. Among these, Spring Football Championship organized by the university’s Labor Union has been a wonderful opportunity for HUTECH faculty and staff to enhance their physical health as well as strengthen the bonds among all the staff from different offices and departments within the university.
