According to the lecturers, lecturers should stimulate student’s autonomy from the smallest acts, and should not force students to cram to much knowledge, leading to a decline in their receptive abilities and motivation. Lecturers should help students understand the ultimate goals of learning is to apply in real life situations.
Other interesting solutions for students are translating small stories, reviewing by studying in groups, and encouraging students to take advantage of their leisure time to cultivate  English vocabulary, and further study the lessons in details, etc.
