INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT CENTER

INTRODUCTION
 
The Information Technology Management Center was established under Decision No. 17/QD-HD dated September 1, 2011, and constructed based on the expansion of the former Information Technology Team.
 
MISSION AND FUNCTIONS
>>> Functions:
Consulting and advising on the application of information technology in the management and security protection of institutional data as well as application of information technology in teaching and training activities of the University.
 
>>> Mission:
- Raising the University’s brand awareness through the development and maintenance of the university’s official website.
 
- Supporting other departments in accessing the University's portal;
 
- Supporting the management of information technology at different campuses of the University;
 
- Advising on the application of information technology in management and training;
 
- Assisting in managing and conducting activities related to the university’s information technology;
 
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of the University’s data and protect it against the risk of unauthorized access;
 
- Proposing plans and strategic solutions for the development and enhancement of information technology throughout the University;
 
- Monitoring and managing the University’s portal.
