- Travel and accommodation expenses of delegates during the conference (to be covered by their affiliations or self-funded).
- Processing fees for high-quality manuscripts selected for publication in Special Issues of indexed journals.
- In case the conference needs to be cancelled or postponed by natural causes or any other cause not linked or due to the Organization Committee, a voucher will be given to attend the next edition. No refund is made.
Because of the number of visa applications and the need for thorough security reviews, the visa application process can take several months. We strongly encourage travelers to apply for their visas as early as possible.
