PLO1: Tổng hợp các nguyên lý và học thuyết cơ bản, kiến thức thực tế và lý thuyết sâu rộng, tiên tiến vào trong việc nghiên cứu, sáng tạo thuộc chuyên ngành xây dựng và liên ngành có liên quan.
PLO2: Đề xuất các giải pháp thiết kế tối ưu nhằm nâng cao chất lượng công trình xây dựng
PLO3: Lập kế hoạch các hoạt động về quản trị và quản lý trong lĩnh vực xây dựng để đánh giá, quản lý dự án thực tế trong lĩnh vực xây dựng.
PLO4: Phát triển tốt kỹ năng truyền đạt, kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý, kỹ năng nghiên cứu phát triển và sử dụng thành thạo các công nghệ mới, kỹ năng giao tiếp và sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh trong hỗ trợ nghiên cứu, học thuật và nghề nghiệp.
PLO5: Phối hợp việc phân tích, tổng hợp, đánh giá dữ liệu và thông tin để xác định giải pháp xử lý các vấn đề chuyên môn một cách khoa học.
PLO6: Sáng tạo ý tưởng khoa học và thử nghiệm kiến thức mới để giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật đặt ra trong ngành Xây dựng.
PLO7: Thích ứng tốt những kiến thức chuyên sâu và công nghệ mới nhằm hỗ trợ phát triển bản thân trong lĩnh vực Xây dựng công trình.
PLO8: Hình thành thói quen nghiên cứu độc lập, đề xuất những sáng kiến quan trọng, phát triển các quan điểm, luận thuyết khoa học trong ngành để đề xuất những kết luận mang tính chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực chuyên môn.
