Recently, volunteer students of the Faculty of Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) had a two-day trip (December 28 - 29) to Binh Long Commune, Chau Phu District, An Giang Province with many meaningful activities in the "Sharing Spring" spirit.

The 50 volunteer students participating in this year's Spring Volunteer campaign of the Faculty of Law have brought their youth and enthusiasm to Binh Long A Primary School and Binh Long Kindergarten. In just two days, the voluntary students joined hands to carry out a series of construction and painting works at Binh Long A Primary School such as cleaning up rubles and paving the pathway into the school’s entrance for students, whitewashing for trees planted on campus.

Student volunteers also performed tasks such as cleaning up trash, re-painting the school’s entrance, painting murals of flower beds, decorating the landscape on the campus of Binh Long Kindergarten. These activities have received enthusiastic support and help from the commune union and the local communities.

Impression of the youth of the Faculty of Law in the Spring Volunteer campaign

The student volunteers also gave 30 gifts to disadvantaged families in the local area, and three learning corners for poor students in Binh Long commune. They also cooperate with local volunteers to organize a music night for the locals. All funds for the implementation of the Volunteer Spring Fair have been donated by the Executive Committee of the Youth Union - the Faculty of Law from lecturers, benefactors, and students of the Faculty.

With enthusiasm, sharing spirit, student volunteers of the Faculty of Law of HUTECH have left good impressions on inhabitants in these remote communities of Binh Long - An Giang.
