In order to help prospective students access admissions information quickly and effectively, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) has deployed several online admissions advising channels in the current period of social distancing.
Besides the hotline (028) 5445 2222, prospective students and applicants can choose from the list of following advising channels to receive assistance from HUTECH, get answers for their questions on selecting majors, navigating the admissions process, and preparing the enrollment application.

1. Virtual office via Google Meet
Sign in to your personal Gmail and visit https://meet.google.com/uxu-yycy-xcs to meet and chat directly with HUTECH advising staff.

Using your personal Facebook account, prospective students can access the official HUTECH fanpage and ask questions by sending us a message or commenting directly on the articles.

By scanning the QR code (as shown in the following picture), prospective students can chat and connect online with HUTECH University to receive timely support and advice!

5. Quick chat with Subiz Chat at hutech.edu.vn website
Visiting HUTECH website, you will see a chat window appear. Just click on “Send message” to easily connect with our admissions advising staff.
HUTECH still accepts admissions applications through the period of implementing social distancing. The Office of Admissions Advising’s virtual office hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 22:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 - 19:30
