The English Language Faculty Finalizing a Partnership Agreement with Providence University (Taiwan)

With the aim of promoting international cooperation in training and research, the English Language Faculty of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) continues to reach a cooperation agreement with Providence University (Taiwan), creating more learning opportunities and more chances to gain experiences for the students.
The meeting and signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOU) took place online on March 14. Accordingly, the cooperation agreement officially takes effect from March 17.

The online session between HUTECH and Providence University
At the online meeting, the representatives of the two universities discussed and agreed upon the promotion of cooperation and development in the fields of academia, scientific research, and cultural exchange. Specifically, this cooperation is to be implemented through the exchange of lecturers and students between the two universities in order to carry out scientific research projects, organize seminars, exchange intercultural and artistic activities, etc. The signed MOU has contributed to the consolidation of the academic prestige of the English Language Faculty at HUTECH in their journey to reach out to the region and the world, and it has also enabled favorable learning conditions and opportunities for the students to experience a multicultural learning environment.
MOU creates more learning exchange opportunities for students at the two universities.
It is reported that the MOU agreement between the two schools are valid for 05 years. Previously, the English Language Faculty also completed the accreditation of the curriculum in 2021 in accordance with the AUN-QA standards and reached many cooperation agreements with universities in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.

TPrior to that, the English Language Faculty also signed many cooperation agreements with other universities in Southeast Asia.
Following the agreements with other universities in Southeast Asia, the signing of the MOU with Providence University has further expanded the cooperation between HUTECH and prestigious universities and educational institutions around the world. This also serves to establish the basis for HUTECH to implement international training programs more actively and comprehensively, providing opportunities for the students to experience and access high-quality educational values.
