The “ Cultural Day” event is like a festival in which the students of the Faculty of English can celebrate Christmas and the start of the new year.

At the festival, the students enjoy the traditional food from each country, buy lovely souvenirs, and play fun traditional games. Besides, in accordance with the rule that mandates the exclusive use of English, the festival forms an educational playground in which the students can interact and practice their English communication skills.

Immersed in the atmosphere of the festival, Nguyen Thanh Liem from class 17DTAB5 (freshman) says: “I am really impressed with the stands of the cultural festival today; each stand displays the distinctive features of each country. Especially, the Canadian stand with the two tones of red and white of the national flag and the symbol of the maple leaf is beautifully decorated.
