HUTECH cooperates with Sacombank to provide student training on effective integration skills in the banking sector

Ho Chi Minh City City University of Technology (HUTECH) cooperated with Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) to conduct a skill training session for students majoring in banking the 2015 class of the Faculty of Accounting, Finance, and Banking and Vietnam - Japan Institute of Technology (VJIT).
The program is one of the major joint activities between HUTECH and Sacombank after the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement on November 26. Specifically, the seminar titled "Effective Integration Skills In The Banking Sector" has been designed by HUTECH lecturers of HUTECH and industry experts from Sacombank Training Center.

Students are trained by experienced lecturers and experts of HUTECH and Sacombank
With this cooperative training scheme, HUTECH students will have the opportunity to learn from experts about the organizational models and operation processes of companies. Besides, they are allowed to practice real bank procedures and improve the competencies required for working in the banking sector. Through the series of training seminars, students are equipped with necessary skills to become professional bankers.
HUTECH students study at Sacombank Training Center
Along with studying, HUTECH students majoring in Finance and Banking also have opportunities to gain practical experience during their internship at Sacombank's local branches. This joint project can be considered as one of the breakthrough initiatives of HUTECH for the involvement of enterprises in the process of training, coaching, and assessing student’s learning. In addition to professional knowledge, this project will help students gain more practical experience, proficient skills, and professionalism, to meet the requirements of potential recruiters in the future.
