VIETNAM - KOREA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

INTRODUCTION

- Vietnam - Korea Institute of Technology (VKIT) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) was established in September 2020 with the goal of training graduates in the fields of Engineering – Technology and Economics – Management according to Korean training standards. Specifically, VKIT is responsible for overseeing Korean-standard undergraduate programs in six different disciplines as well as two full-time bachelor’s degree programs in Korean Language and Oriental Studies (specializing in Korean Studies). 
 

- The training programs at VKIT are designed and developed with the support of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) along with several prestigious Korean universities and enterprises, thereby enhancing the opportunities for young Vietnamese graduates to seek employment in the competitive yet high potential global labor market and particularly those in South Korea. 
 

- Having a team of qualified lecturers and strong working relationships with reputable Korean businesses, organizations and educational institutions, VKIT is committed to providing students with a strong foundation of knowledge and good command of the Korean language. Owing to the dedicated instruction of native Korean lecturers,  students are fully equipped with in-depth subject knowledge, practical skillsets, and a high level of professionalism to confidently and successfully pursue potential career opportunities in Korean companies based here in Vietnam and abroad.
