On April 17, the Semi-final and Final round of the 6th Law Olympiad Contest - 2021 organized by the Faculty of Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) took place in an exciting contest among 12 different teams made up of students from universities and law training institutes in Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding areas.

In addition, the contest was also joined by student representatives from other universities, including Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Saigon University (SGU), Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), University of Economics and Law (UEL) - VNU-HCMC, Binh Duong University, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (OU), Van Lang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Informatics (HUFLIT), Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, and the Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy.

Judging these rounds in the 6th Law Olympiad Contest were well-regarded experts and professionals in the field, including Judge Tran Thi Thuy - Civil Court of Ho Chi Minh City People's Court, Ms. Ngan Nga - Reporter of the Ho Chi Minh City Law newspaper, Ms. Le Nguyen Hoa, Esq. - CEO of LHLegal Law Firm, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh - Head of Ben Nghe Notary Office, Mr. Dinh Le Yen - Journalist of the Education and Times newspaper, and Public Prosecutor Mr. Pham Hong Khai - Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City.
In the Semi-final round, the 12 competing teams were divided into 03 groups and proceeded with several rounds including Warm-up (each team answering ten questions within 1 minute 30 seconds), Puzzle (solving crosswords to find keywords), and Finish line (answering questions with the chance of doubling your score by placing a star of hope).

The winner of each group from the Semi-final advanced to the Final Round of the competition, including VAT team (University of Economics - Law) - Group A, SGU team (Saigon University) - Group B, and KOKOZO (HUTECH) - Group C. The final round consisted of two parts, namely Breakthrough and Courage.

In the end, the championship title goes to SGU, while KOKOZO finished second place.
