“The mock trial” is an interesting program held annually for students of the Faculty of Law - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). These activities help propagate and disseminate legal knowledge in the university environment. Through this practical program, students will have the opportunity to put the theories into practice.
In collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy, HUTECH Faculty of Law successfully organized the 3rd Mock Trial on March 30, 2017.

Related to a criminal charge of causing a traffic accident resulting in death, the details of the mock trial captivated the participants present at the court.
Through this mock trial, law students have gained the opportunity to participate in and access practical models of the real working environment in the legal profession
The mock trial included the following main contents, such as opening statements, questioning witnesses, argument, jury deliberation, and sentencing. With the sharp and rigorous reasoning in their roles at the trial, HUTECH law students successfully conveyed the court procedures bringing the understanding of the case to the wider public.
