On January 13, students from the Faculty of Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) visited the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City. It is part of a series of practical activities of the Faculty to help students gain a more comprehensive approach to their chosen career.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thai Ha - Lecturer of the Faculty of Law, and Mr. Pham Hong Khai - Secretary of the grassroots-level Youth Union of the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City accompanied students on the trip.

On this visit, the representative of the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City guided students to visit the traditional room, provided information on the characteristics, functions, and duties of the procuracy. Students learned about the founding history of the city’s procuracy, the system of functional departments, professional processes, case handling operations, etc.

Along with that, the representative of the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City also introduced students to job opportunities, internships, and conditions for receiving procuracy internships in general and at the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City in particular. The knowledge gained from this field trip provided helpful orientation for students to have more motivation to strive for a high personal and professional standard set for themselves.
