Recently, Cell No. 14 of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) in collaboration with the People's Committee of Tan Thuan Tay Ward (District 7) organized the moot court to propagate and disseminate legal knowledge in the community. On this occasion, members of the Communist Party Cell also made “Relay to school” donations to local students.
The moot court aims to contribute to propagate and improve understanding of the law of the local community

The moot court revolves around a case of rape of a person under the age of 16 to help parents and students better understand the law, contributing to the prevention and repelling of social crimes
On this occasion, members of Party Cell No. 14 awarded 36 "Relay to school" gifts including pack bags and school supplies for studious and disadvantaged students in Tan Thuan Tay Ward (District 7). Besides, the Cell also organized the moot court with the case "Rape of a person under the age of 16" to propagate more legal and social knowledge to parents and children. The program aims to raise community awareness on legal issues, social crime prevention, access to education, and equal rights of children and young adults under the age of 16.

In the joyful atmosphere of the program, the organizers received positive responses and support from the locals in Tan Thuan Tay Ward (District 7). Through the gifts and legal information provided by members of Party Cell No. 14, the local students are further motivated in their learning while joining hands in preventing and fighting against social crimes towards a safer and more positive living environment in their community.
