On December 29, the 3rd academic competition "Kanji Battle Arena" was organized by the Faculty of Japanese Studies at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
Accompanying the contestants at the contest was Ms. Luu The Bao Anh - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Japanese Studies, along with several lecturers from the Faculty.

With 27 contestants participating in the challenge, this year's "Kanji Battle Arena" took place with 3 rounds of competition. In addition to the amount of knowledge about Chinese characters, candidates also need to have the acumen and the ability to analyze the available options to choose the correct answers for the given questions.

Overcoming the other contestants, Hua Du Thong (17DDPNA2) was crowned the champion for his outstanding performance after the final round. Coming in second and third place were Bui Pham Thanh Phuong (17DTNB2) and Nguyen Thanh Son (17DTNA3), respectively.
