HUTECH visited and worked with National Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in Malaysia

In the visit to Malaysia on May 25, 2023 HUTECH had the opportunity to meet and work with the National University Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) for the opening up of many future plans for the development of international education
HUTECH representatives at this meeting included Associate Professor Dr. Bui Xuan Lam - Vice President of the University Council and Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van - Director of HUTECH International Education Institute. They worked with the leaders of the university UNIMAS

Both sides expressed their joy at the occasion of jointly signing a memorandum of understanding on student exchange and organization of exchange semesters. The intention of this memorandum is for cooperation in education in the near future for both Vietnam and Malaysia. As a result, HUTECH students are participating in a summer exchange semester to study English at UNIMAS this July. This student-exchange semester to study English has a duration of 30 days. This opportunity will help students enhance their ability to express themselves in English, as well as learn about Malaysian culture.
The cooperation between HUTECH and UNIMAS will maximize the strengths of both sides. Employing the multinational education model, the international links will certainly open up opportunities for HUTECH students to access modern teaching methods of an international level and will improve their reasoning ability and learning skills
UNIMAS was established in 1991 and is in the Top 200 Universities in Asia according to the QS World University Rankings. UNIMAS is a public school with 27 faculties, centers, and institutes with advanced and specialized training majors. Currently, the school is implementing 47 training programs at the undergraduate level, 28 graduate programs with a research component and 14 graduate programs in the form of courses with a wide variety of training content.
It is believed that, with UNIMAS history and many achievements in the field of education, HUTECH students will benefit from many optimal learning experiences in an international environment. The involvement in this month-long program will help students develop and prepare for assuming their future role in the world.
