Freshmen of HUTECH English Faculty learn "secrets" for brilliant university life

On the afternoon of October 12, the Faculty of English, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) organized a workshop "Cool student life, why not?" in the atmosphere of joy and excitement of the students. This is the first "gift" that the Faculty gave to HUTECH English New Students - interesting sharing and experiences that will help them get ready for the upcoming exciting journey.

Ms. Pham Quynh Trang joins with the students of the English Faculty, helping them solve problems when starting to integrate into a new learning environment.

Acting as a speaker, accompanying the new students at the workshop is Ms. Pham Quynh Trang - Deputy Head of the Faculty of English. Ms. Quynh Trang said: in order to provide opportunities for students to practice skills and accumulate dynamic experiences, the Faculty of English regularly organizes various extracurricular activities, from seminars, workshops,... to the field trips, picnics for the members of the Faculty. And the workshop is called "Cool student life, why not?" (roughly translated: "A great student time, why not?") will be a "warm-up step", helping them get used to the "busy" schedule of activities at HUTECH in general and the Faculty of English in particular.

The Workshop offers two topics, including: "How will students learn?" and "What is student life like?". At the same time, there are also questions that HUTECH "rookies" will still ask a lot when starting a new journey at the University. Here, Ms. Pham Quynh Trang listened to new students and summarized some of the challenges that students might face in "warm-up" phase such as the psychology of "oversleeping" on winning; "shocks" in scores, about the learning environment, about the future direction …

After sharing about these challenges, Ms. Quynh Trang analyzed, gave suggestions and experiences of the "predecessor" with "tips" such as identifying small goals for self-improvement and setting a higher goal in learning. From these sharing, she also reminded the students to find new joys, new hobbies in the new learning environment in order to have an enjoyable time with friends and teachers.

Interesting and practical sharing from Ms. Pham Quynh Trang - who will accompany HUTECH English students in upcoming exciting activities, has brought memorable experiences to students.
