On the morning of September 14 th , 2017, The Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), co-operated with The Student Support, City Centre, organized the “Effective occupation search skill for students” seminar at The Great Hall – A08.20 in HUTECH.
The “Effective occupation search skill for students” seminar offers many useful tips.
According to current thinking, the seminar provided the necessary skills for students to display the desired behavior in job interviews. It also helped students raise their attitude, behavior in their work as well as their understanding of the needs of enterprise recruitment, particularly the demands for the labor market in the city
generally. The seminar, offered advantages for selecting confidently, securing and developing their careers in the future.

In addition, there was valuable information about, famed job search channels, quiz tips to choose a career according to one’s ability and personal preference, tips for a successful interview, how to make an impressive job application, how the employers refer to the salary level, how to choose the suitable salary for the job, etc.
Presented professionally, adding theory to practical situations, the two lectures, Mr Vu Xuan Vinh – The Deputy CEO, Director of the “Soft skill training” project of Viet Thanh Cong Training Joint-Stock Company and Mr Tran Anh Tu – The representative of The Student Support Center City held every student’s attention throughout the seminar.
