On March 30, Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam proceeded with the handover of the automation equipment worth VND 2.6 billion to the Institute of Engineering of Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HUTECH).
The ceremony took place at HUTECH High-Quality Manpower Training Center, along with the sponsorship equipment package, the ceremony also awarded ten scholarships to students and inaugurated 02 laboratories as the result of the cooperation between the Institute of Engineering and Mitsubishi Corporation. The ceremony included the participation of Mr. Takashi Nakayama - Senior Director of Automation Equipment Industry, Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Company along with representatives from the University’s leadership and the Institute of Engineering.
Funding modern equipment to "stimulate" learning spirit among students
Strengthening the university-industry collaboration is considered the "key" to enhance the quality of education and training. In this spirit of cooperation, the equipment sponsorship package that HUTECH receives from Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Company is not only considered significant in its material value but also in the motivation it provides in promoting student learning. These factors together contribute to the breakthrough in the development of the next generation of promising young talents.

Two more modern laboratories for HUTECH Students
Leaders of Mitsubishi Company and HUTECH joined together in cutting the ceremonial ribbon to inaugurate the modern laboratories and workshops equipped with automation equipment. Besides, the company also awarded ten scholarships worth 5 million VND each to students of the Institute of Engineering who have achieved excellent academic records.
