Presented at the 4th HUTECH TECHSHOW 2020 festival, the series of student's graduation projects from HUTECH Institute of Engineering has received many compliments from the evaluation board.
The 2020 HUTECH TECHSHOW presents 124 student projects showcasing the results of a long period of diligent work, research and exploration
Improvement of sowing and planting equipment - Expectations for a high-tech agriculture
The panel of experts grades the model of a pesticide spraying vehicle instructed by Dr. Nguyen Van Nhanh
The project titled, “Research, design, manufacture and test pesticide spraying vehicles,” received positive reviews from the panel of experts. This model provides a promising solution to overcome the existing challenges facing domestic peppercorn growers.
Several research projects including lighting system retrofit, fuel injection system, vehicle reversing assist, ignition system, solar-powered electric car, etc. are among those that have received good reviews from the judges
Other project topics also include innovative enhancements to sowing equipment, IoT-based farm monitoring systems, lawnmowers, fertilizer mixers, etc.

Coverstock making equipment for medical mask production - “order” from the urgent need of society
After completing their internship at Thanh Tam Medical Co., Ltd. The group of students was inspired to design and construct a coverstock-making machine for medical mask production in supporting the current effort in fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic.
Medical mask making machine with a production capacity of up to 265 coverstocks per minute by the student group including Duc Long, Duy Linh, Thanh Nam
With 265 mask coverstocks per minute, the machine’s production capacity far exceeds other available equipment in the market turning the project into a purchase order by Thanh Tam Medical Co., Ltd.
Three ventilator research projects presented by HUTECH students
The innovative products presented at the 2020 HUTECH TECHSHOW have been the outcomes of the journey in acquiring and accumulating knowledge as well as gaining practical skills and experience by engineering students from the 2016 cohort.
