“Dried coconut peeling machine” – representative of HUTECH at 2011 Robocon Techshow

In response to the 2011 Vietnam Robot Contest, HUTECH engineering students have designed the “Dried coconut peeling machine” to enter this year’s Robocon Techshow.
The highly practical “Dried coconut peeling machine” of HUTECH students will take part in the 2011 Robocon Techshow
The 15 products selected to participate in the exhibition will surprise viewers with the quality, and design of the products, as well as the ingenuity and creativity of these engineering students. The “Dried coconut peeling machine” designed and fabricated by two students Tran Van Quy and Mai Thanh Tan (Faculty of Mechanical - Electrical - Electronics Engineering) along with 14 products from other universities will be displayed in this year’s exhibition.
The creative product design of HUTECH students promises to enhance the economic productivity of coconut farmers
The organizing committee will award a first prize (value of VND 20,000,000) and a second prize (value of VND 10,000,000) for the top two products at the exhibition which will be selected to attend the final round of Robocon Techshow in Da Nang.
Through today’s innovative designs of technology products, students are further motivated in nurturing their passion and continue to pursue their dreams.
A product from the first Robocon Techshow in 2010 was introduced to high school students in Dak Lak province
The 2011 Robocon Techshow will be held in parallel with the final round of the 2011 Robocon Competition taking place from May 9 to 15, 2010 at Tien Son Sports Complex in Da Nang.
