On March 1-2, 2017, the Faculty of Mechanical - Electrical - Electronics Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) in collaboration with S.I.S Trading Services Technology Co., Ltd. (SISTECH) successfully organized a workshop titled “Application of Automation with PLC S7-1200 and Inverter SIEMENS (SAP - STUDENTS & AUTOMATION PROGRAM).”

With the combination of both theory and practice, the seminar provides students with the best insights into programming-related issues with the instruction of speaker Nguyen Le Trung Dung - Technical Specialist of SISTECH. Accordingly, many important contents were conveyed to students including Training in LOGO programming, how to download and upload LOGO; LOGO commands; Analog signal processing; Training on S7-1200 programming, etc.

In addition, the speaker enthusiastically supported students during the practice session as well as stimulated the spirit of inquiry and learning in students. The workshop provided students with valuable inputs in the orientation of their learning, research, and conducting their projects in the future.
These will be valuable inputs that benefit students’ learning, scientific research, self-study, and conducting projects
