On September 14, 2017, HUTECH Institute of Engineering cooperated with GA Company (GAConsultants Co., Ltd.) to organize a workshop on “Job opportunities in Japan for engineering students.”
HUTECH engineering students learn and grasp potential job opportunities in Japan
Participating in the seminar, HUTECH engineering students were updated with information related to job requirements, Japanese corporate culture, knowledge and foundation skills required at the workplace, and Japanese enterprises. The seminar also revealed valuable secrets including ways to convince employers, how to handle arising situations and how to best prepare for an interview for a position at a Japanese company.
Experts provide detailed answers and specific advice to students making them more confident and prepared after participating in the program
Many questions were raised during the workshop including program requirements, costs, job options, the support provided by the recruitment company after arriving in Japan, rights and obligations when working in Japn, etc.
The program ends with the activity of students filling out the information survey and applying for their desired positions at Japanese companies and enterprises
At the end of the seminar, students had the opportunity to submit their applications to the open positions at Japanese companies and enterprises in several different fields including mechanical design, manufacturing, CAD, CAM or CNC programming, automation, PLC programming, electrical - electronics, C and C++ programming, industrial electrical, information technology, and construction. Potential candidates who meet the requirements and needs of enterprises will be interviewed, trained, and officially recruited right after graduation.
