Stakeholder feedback survey

Every year, in order to build up, update and improve the quality of activities in the university, HUTECH organizes a survey of stakeholders (administrators, scientists, lecturers, staff, students, alumni, employers, etc).

At the end of the survey, the Quality Assurance Center summarizes and reports the results of the Board of Directors and related units. After receiving the survey results, the units use these results for planning, improving quality and making reports on the use of the results according to the form BM07/QT01/ĐBCL which are sent to TT.ĐBCL aggregate and track. At the same time, in order to see the improvement of activities in the University clearly, the Center for Quality Assurance has also compared the survey results over the years (in the 5-year period).
