On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Viet, Head of the Office of Science and Technology, presented an overview report highlighting the conference’s professional and transparent organization. For the first time, the conference adopted a Conference Submission System, enabling the entire process from submission and review to revision to be conducted fully online. All manuscripts were checked for similarity within a defined threshold, assigned to subject editors, and evaluated by two independent reviewers under a double-blind peer review model. This process not only enhanced academic quality but also aligned with international standards in scholarly publishing.
