On February 22, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a meeting with the Counselor for Science and Higher Education Cooperation at the French Embassy in Hanoi to explore various opportunities for university students to study and conduct research..

During the meeting, Prof. Dominique Laffly shared information about the scholarship policy for master's and doctoral students, as well as planned projects including team capacity building and job search skills for students. The research programs will focus on areas related to data, environment, energy, and information technology, with a particular emphasis on the goals of the COP26 program.
