On April 3, the International Training Institute of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Ho Chi Minh City (HUTECH) cooperated with Golden Land to organize a field trip to Vinhome Grand Park of Vingroup for the Top 50 contestants of the BIZ Got Talent 2023 contest. Thereby, students learned about the real estate field and prepared for the upcoming semi-finals.

Top 50 BIZ Got Talent contestants visited and learned many exciting things at Vingroup.
There they were able to visit and experience the typical locations of the Vinhome Grand Park complex, such as Light Park, Vincom Mega Mall, Origami apartments, The Rainbow, Vinschool, etc. During the visit, the group's representative also shared about the Western real estate architectures, the utility contractors, and the investors focused on serving people's lives and living needs. As a result of this outing students understood more about Vingroup's real estate projects and business models.

Within the program's framework, Golden Land's Board of Directors also introduced real estate business models, current sales’” trends, and recruitment needs at the company. Besides all of that, the students also listened to the sharing of the experiences in the real estate field from several experts.
It was a practical activity that helped the contestants learn many things.
The tour aided the students to learn and accumulate a lot of helpful knowledge, equipped them with many practical skills, and guided them in their project development for the BIZ Got Talent 2023 contest's semi-finals on April 21. 2023.
