The Faculty of English language organizes training on methods of preparing test questions and assessing English skills for lecturers

On the morning of November 25, the faculty of English language of Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology (HUTECH) held a training session on "Methods of preparing test questions and assessing English skills for teachers of English majors and non-majors" in order to transfer knowledge from the VSTEP training course, improving the skills of preparing test questions and assessing English skills for Faculty lecturers.
It is known that recently, the Faculty of English language has sent lecturers to participate in the VSTEP training course on preparing test questions and assessing English skills cohosted by the University of Danang and the University of Education of Ho Chi Minh City.

Attending the training session were Dr. Nguyen Thi Kieu Thu - Dean of the faculty of English language, Dr. Le Van Tuyen - Vice Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Tran Quoc Thao - Vice Dean of the Faculty, Mr. Vo Quoc Dai - Vice Dean of the Faculty and lecturers of the Faculty.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Kieu Thu - Dean of English Department accompanies the lecturers at the training courseAt the training session, 04 lecturers of the Faculty shared about 04 topics, including: Methods of preparing questions to test English Listening - Speaking skills, Methods of assessing English speaking skills, Methods of drafting Reading and Writing test questions and Methods of assessing English Writing skills. This is useful information, helping teachers gain more experience in preparing tests and assessing English skills.
